Who handles your data

What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company or brand (optional), email address, requested service, budget (optional), your message and the language of the site you are using.

We use no profiling cookies or advertising, and we never sell or hand over your data.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if we work together, manage the project. The legal basis is your request itself: pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who helps us handle it

Web3Forms delivers form messages to our inbox. Cloudflare hosts the site. IONOS manages the domain and forwards mail for [email protected] to a Google (Gmail) inbox. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

Some of them may process data outside the European Union (for example in the United States), with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and to manage any work together. If no collaboration follows, we delete them; you can ask us to do so at any time. If we work together, some data must be kept for legal tax obligations.

Statistics and cookies

To understand how many people visit the site we use GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data: it only counts page views, referrers and device types in aggregate. That is why we do not ask for consent with a banner.

The site remembers the language you choose (in your browser and with the technical cookie nf_lang). It only serves to show you the right language and does not identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or receive your data, to restrict its use or to object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
